What you will do

• Own the end-to-end User Acquisition process, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, and performance analysis.
• Analyze campaigns, funnels, and creatives to develop data-driven rules of engagement for advertising.
• Collaborate with SMM, PMM, and GM to generate creative ideas and marketing hypotheses.
• Conduct deep audience research focusing on demographics, interests, behaviors, and user pain points.
• Organize brainstorming sessions to optimize ad campaigns and user funnels.

Requirements

• Experience with paid acquisition on Meta and Google Ads.
• Expertise in mobile tracking (SKAN) and subscription-based business models.
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $100K+.
• Proficiency in performance marketing metrics such as CPM, CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI, and ARPU.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to make actionable business decisions.
• English level: B1–B2+

Nice to have

• Experience using AI for operational automation.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and mobile app subscription products.
• Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Practical knowledge of A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
