Senior Relationship Manager (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships with Asset Managers across ING entities and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build partnerships, lead governance meetings and coordinate operational reviews and strategic discussions.
• Drive commercial management, including distribution opportunities, fee negotiations, pricing, rebates, mandates and share classes.
• Provide market and client-demand feedback and contribute to optimising ING's investment product shelf.
• Monitor Asset Manager performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present recommendations.
• Coordinate Investment, Product Management, Sales, Advisory and senior management stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and governance compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Fund Distribution or Investment Management.
• Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, mandates and distribution economics.
• Experience managing senior external partners and complex stakeholder environments, with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of European investment regulation, including MiFID II and SFDR.
• Fluency in English is required. Strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills are also required.
