Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; mostly hybrid with remote work and customer-site work, including travel and field work in the Jakarta area

What you will do

  • Run sourcing events based on approved requisitions and specifications.
  • Prequalify suppliers and conduct commercial and compliance due diligence.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, warranties, services, and risk allocation.
  • Issue and administer purchase orders and supply contracts.
  • Track deliveries, resolve supplier exceptions, and develop supplier performance and savings reports.
  • Support audit and anti-bribery compliance while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of procurement experience in telecom, infrastructure, technology, or construction.
  • Knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase contracts, Incoterms, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with supplier due diligence and anti-bribery controls.
  • Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia are required.
  • Availability for travel and field work in the Jakarta area is required.
