PR Account Director (Consumer PR)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor teams delivering earned-first consumer PR and influence campaigns.
• Build trusted client partnerships and advise on media and social communications.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop narratives and campaign assets.
• Monitor performance and use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
• Manage budgets, timelines, third-party vendors, and coordination between clients and internal agency teams.
• Support new-business pitches and develop crisis management plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in consumer PR and influence with a proven record of successful campaigns.
• Interest and experience across beauty and FMCG projects.
• Strong media knowledge and the ability to advise clients on effective brand communications.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and creative strategy development.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, project management, data, and analytical skills.
• Experience with industry trends, best practices, and crisis management.
