Odoo Functional Consultant (ERP)

What you will do

• Work directly with clients through interviews, workshops, demos, and training sessions.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
• Design and configure functional solutions across areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and accounting.
• Support implementation projects from analysis and configuration through testing, go-live, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, analysts, and QA specialists.
• Advise clients on best practices, challenge requirements when appropriate, and own assigned functional areas.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Odoo Business Analyst.
• At least two end-to-end Odoo implementations.
• Strong customer-facing experience and the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Good knowledge of several Odoo areas, including sales, purchasing, inventory or warehouse management, manufacturing, and accounting or finance.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Strong Odoo accounting or finance expertise.
• Odoo Functional Certification.
• Experience with migrations between Odoo versions, Odoo Studio, or rescuing existing implementations.
• Previous experience working for an official Odoo partner.
