Audit Senior Associate

Location: Pasadena, California, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $85,500–$108,420 annually

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year, gather information, complete testing, and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review financial statements and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss findings and business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the relevant state; accounting degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience, preferably providing financial statement audit services in public accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship preferred.
