Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation)

What you will do

• Ensure web, mobile web, and mobile application projects meet functional specifications and quality goals.
• Execute manual test cases and scripts using test management and tracking tools.
• Implement automated testing with code-based frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright, as well as codeless tools such as Ghost Inspector.
• Test web services and APIs, emails, CMS implementations, and client-side performance.
• Integrate QA automation and non-functional testing scripts with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and TeamCity.
• Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for small to medium-complexity projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years applying tools, frameworks, and programmatic techniques to quality assurance.
• Strong experience with manual testing, QA automation, API testing, and test planning.
• Experience with non-functional testing, including security, load, or performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or OWASP.
• Experience with AEM or Contentful in traditional or headless implementations.
• Experience with QA cloud or SaaS platforms such as Applitools, Sauce Labs, or BrowserStack.
• Strong communication, decision-making, adaptability, proactive learning, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to web accessibility testing.
• Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
