Senior Merchandiser

What you will do

• Support the ready-to-wear business for Mainland China, focusing on product relevance, styling impact, and commercial performance.
• Build locally relevant assortment proposals using market insights, fashion trends, customer needs, and store feedback.
• Support seasonal buying preparation, product analysis, size and fit feedback, and styling relevance.
• Monitor sales, sell-through, inventory, markdowns, and product performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including reorder opportunities, stock balancing, markdown proposals, and exit strategies.
• Partner with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Training, Planning, Allocation, and Marketing teams to support launches, retail communication, and consistent store execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fashion merchandising, buying, product, or retail merchandising; ready-to-wear experience is preferred.
• Strong styling sense and understanding of fashion relevance, trends, customer needs, and product storytelling.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to interpret sales performance and turn data into actions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Fluent English and Chinese.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with merchandising or reporting systems is a plus.
