Toys Senior Lab Technician (TIC Lab)

Location: An Duong, Hai Phong, Vietnam; onsite laboratory and factory testing visits when required

What you will do

• Receive furniture, toys, juvenile products, and other samples with assigned test methods or protocols.
• Perform laboratory tests according to applicable methods, standards, and requirements.
• Record, consolidate, and evaluate testing results.
• Ensure release reports are accurate, clear, and complete.
• Visit factories for business trips when required by management.
• Complete additional assignments from management.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role in a toy or furniture testing laboratory, or relevant experience combined with a college or university education.
• Knowledge of and experience operating under the ISO 17025 quality management system.
• Knowledge of US standards such as ANSI BIFMA and ASTM, European standards such as EN 581 and EN 14749, and children's toy standards such as ASTM F963, EN 71, ISO 8124, and TCVN.
• Good English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, initiative, good communication skills, independence, and the ability to work under pressure.
