Manufacturing Internship (Continuous Improvement, Quality, Production, OHS, Logistics, Automation): Supporting industrial operations in Querétaro through process improvement, quality optimization, production efficiency, logistics projects, occupational health and safety documentation, and automation initiatives with an accent on operational excellence and digital workflows. Focus on reducing waste and losses, improving reliability and resource utilization, digitizing process controls, and coordinating machinery and logistics activities onsite.
Location: Querétaro, Mexico; onsite, 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What you will do
- Support continuous improvement projects in printing and coating, including standardized work, procedure updates, waste reduction, efficiency improvement, and reliability enhancement.
- Help resolve complex quality issues, digitize workflows, improve process controls, and support automation initiatives.
- Analyze production losses, changeovers, extrusion processes, line balancing, inventory efficiency, and operational performance.
- Review occupational health and safety documentation, support assessments, and contribute to operational and strategic OHSE projects.
- Develop logistics efficiency projects involving loading and unloading performance, operational diagrams, time and movement measurements, warehouse coordination, and quality collaboration.
- Support automation projects by coordinating machinery and component imports, carriers, documentation, technical specifications, and estimated arrival dates.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, systems, materials, chemical engineering, administration, environmental engineering, or a related field, depending on the selected area.
- Intermediate or advanced English, depending on the selected internship.
- Availability to work onsite in Querétaro, Mexico, for the full internship period.
- Estimated graduation date of July 2027 or later for the six-month program, or December 2027 or later for the one-year program.
- Availability from January 2027 to December 2027 for most areas, or January 2027 to June 2027 for Automation.
