TL;DR
Senior Analytics Engineer (SQL/Python/BigQuery/dbt): Building and maintaining ingestion pipelines, unified data schemas, and trusted data delivery systems for a digital health ecosystem with an accent on data modeling, pipeline lineage, and quality governance. Focus on designing end-to-end data flows, enforcing trustworthy data before it reaches the AI layer, and integrating LLM-enabled knowledge and analytics systems.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid, with work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays

What you will do
- Build and maintain ingestion pipelines from Firestore CDC, event-tracking APIs, backend services, apps, and third-party integrations.
- Design and evolve core data schemas for user state and user signals as a unified source of truth across products.
- Define how data is ingested, stored, and served through BigQuery access, data APIs, and BI tools.
- Establish data standards, pipeline lineage, testing, and governance rules that ensure quality before data reaches the AI layer.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience working with data in a product or platform context.
- Strong schema and domain modeling skills, including end-to-end extraction, transformation, and structured storage.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, BigQuery, dbt, Git workflows, CI/CD, code review, and test-driven development.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with rapid iteration and continuous deployment.
- Excellent professional English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with structured knowledge layers, ontologies, domain taxonomies, or knowledge bases for grounding AI outputs.
- Experience using LLMs through APIs such as Vertex AI or OpenAI, or familiarity with LLM and agentic-system data flows.
- Health or behavioral data experience.
