What you will do

Lead design and drafting activities within a team of modelers delivering structural engineering services for rail and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with digital engineering, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and other design and engineering disciplines.
Contribute to the design of Melbourne’s Suburban Rail Loop East infrastructure, including tunnels, stations, depots, and related systems.
Coach and train other designers while supporting a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Requirements

Qualification in drafting or engineering technology.
Experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally in a multidisciplinary environment.
Proficiency in the Bentley software suite, with preference for experience in OpenBuildings Designer.
Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving ability, and attention to design detail.
Understanding of engineering solutions, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
