What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers on product direction, visual design, and user experience.
• Deliver visual designs from initial concepts through final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and e-flyers to communicate interaction concepts.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to improve digital products.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Work with development teams to translate designs into functional digital experiences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and digital design projects.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
