Director, Supply Chain Management (Global SCM)

hirify.global is a large global public commerce company with a startup culture, operating cross-border ecommerce and fulfillment services through an international logistics network.

What you will do

• Own the long-term strategy, capacity modeling, topology, and expansion roadmap for the global cross-border logistics and fulfillment network.
• Lead executive relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL/4PL providers, fulfillment partners, and customs brokers.
• Direct strategic procurement, contract negotiations, rate structures, partner governance, and service-quality escalation processes.
• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs involving Operations, Product, Technology, Procurement, and Finance.
• Manage global logistics cost architecture, VCPU reduction, billing audits, financial reconciliation, and vendor payables governance.
• Set trade strategy and compliance governance for Korea and Taiwan, including customs, tariffs, classifications, valuations, and import/export operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, global logistics, or international network planning, including executive or director-level leadership.
• Expertise in global network design, capacity modeling, international freight and fulfillment topology, and high-volume 3PL or carrier networks.
• Experience with supply chain financial management, VCPU reduction, billing audits, contract negotiations, and multi-million-dollar logistics P&Ls.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border trade compliance, customs regulations, and import/export operations covering Korea and Taiwan.
• Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills in high-growth environments.

• Strong understanding of Korea’s logistics and supply chain ecosystem.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation, network optimization, operational excellence, and executive-level vendor partnerships.
