What you will do
- Plan and conduct periodic health examinations and influenza vaccination programs.
- Manage medical checkup results and provide follow-up interviews and individual guidance for employees with medical findings.
- Provide health consultations and mental health-related support.
- Support employees returning to work, including pregnant employees and employees on leave.
- Manage the medical room, first-aid supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the industrial doctor on workplace patrols, committees, and related activities.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license required.
- At least 7 years of professional experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to use a PC for simple data entry.
