Site Security Manager

Location: Singapore HQ; site-based role involving physical data centre operations

What you will do

• Supervise security and soft services operations for assigned data centre properties.
• Manage third-party security staff and vendors, ensuring adherence to procedures, maintenance requirements, and compliance programs.
• Manage visitor, contractor, client, and employee access, including front-of-house requests.
• Conduct security and EHS inspections and coordinate access, maintenance, and security requirements with site facilities teams.
• Maintain and upgrade site security systems, including CCTV and electronic access control systems.
• Coordinate emergency responses, alarms, incident management, drills, reporting, and audit evidence.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience, including 2 or more years in a people management role, ideally in physical security or operations.
• Experience managing audits, third-party vendors, and customers.
• Security licence and First Aid Certificate, or the ability to meet the requirements to obtain them.
• Experience with reporting, emergency response planning, incident reports, root cause analysis, and operational manuals.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ideally CCTV or electronic access control systems such as Genetec or Lenel.
• Registered Fire Safety Officer.

Nice to have

• Data centre or mission-critical environment experience.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 accreditation initiatives.
