Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management)

Location: Hybrid work in New York City or Washington, DC–McLean, with in-person work in hirify.global offices and on client sites across the United States; local and out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $163,000–$278,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target; estimated total cash range of $189,080–$322,480.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and business processes to identify improvement and integration opportunities.
• Guide clients through complex technology and business challenges, including communicating risks and solutions to executives.
• Oversee project work plans, coordinate teams, and provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Build client relationships, identify new engagement opportunities, and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Support thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and the integration of Microsoft product solutions into client services.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a related field or professional services.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• At least five large-scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or AX 2012.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Services, Microsoft Sure Step, Microsoft best practices, and Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and customization options.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS or CIS.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance appraisals, and work oversight.

Nice to have

• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core certification.
• MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and Access.
