Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Lead Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid work in New York City or Washington, DC–McLean, with in-person work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $133,000–$213,000 per year, plus a 12% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $148,960–$238,560.

What you will do

• Lead implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations for clients.
• Configure and customize financial and project functionality, including accounting, costing, invoicing, resource management, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with independent software vendors to integrate third-party solutions with D365 Finance and Project Operations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial operations and project profitability.
• Build client relationships, communicate challenges and recommendations to senior executives, and support proposals and business development.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and supervise consulting teams, including performance reviews and quality oversight.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading D365 Finance implementations across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, cash and bank management, forecasting, planning, and Project Operations.
• Experience implementing and optimizing project accounting, costing, invoicing, resource management, and revenue recognition.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance appraisals, work review, and team coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are secondary requirements.
