Compliance Officer - China / Singapore

Location: Remote, based in China or Singapore

What you will do

• Develop and maintain compliance policies aligned with organizational values.
• Oversee ethical compliance in service usage and support KYC procedures.
• Detect and prevent fraud and create fraud-prevention tools.
• Conduct audits, evaluate policy adherence, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate with and evaluate customers and partners for policy alignment.
• Report findings and update policies in response to emerging risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance and fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with fraud systems, compliance frameworks, and AI investigative tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Degree in law, business, or data science is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal Mandarin Chinese and English are required.

Nice to have

• CCEP or CFE certification.
• Additional language skills.
