What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement the global Internal Control System framework in collaboration with strategy and finance teams.
- Analyze business processes, identify risks, define control activities, and document end-to-end business cycles through process narratives and flowcharts.
- Identify control gaps and use data analytics, dashboards, and automated controls to detect anomalies and process inefficiencies.
- Support global departments and subsidiaries as a central advisor on control activities, risk management, and internal controls.
- Develop guidelines, risk-control matrices, and support the selection and implementation of ICS software tools.
- Test control effectiveness, report findings, monitor corrective actions, and provide progress reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field focused on audit, controlling, corporate governance, or risk management.
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Control Systems, external audit, internal audit, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of ICS frameworks, including COSO, and understanding of business processes in global manufacturing or retail environments.
- Experience with SAP ERP/GRC and Workday or similar enterprise systems.
- Ability to design, audit, and enforce user access profiles, system controls, and segregation of duties.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills are required.
