Annual base pay: $90,200–$197,500

What you will do

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for oncology studies.
• Develop and track site recruitment plans and monitor enrollment progress.
• Deliver protocol training and maintain regular communication with clinical research sites.
• Evaluate site practices for protocol adherence and escalate quality issues.
• Track regulatory submissions, data management, and study progress.
• Maintain Trial Master File and Investigator’s Site File documentation, mentor clinical staff, and manage site invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare is preferred.
• At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in oncology; 2 years is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Experience with oncology protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, time management, and financial management skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate with study team members.
