What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and peer leadership to Data Coordinators.
  • Balance workloads, assign studies, plan coverage, and prioritize high-risk data work.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and competency development for new Data Coordinators.
  • Maintain patient reporting and tracking functions, extract data, complete case report forms, and submit data according to standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare for and participate in monitoring and auditing activities.
  • Support patient screening, procedure scheduling, follow-up visits, research supply management, and confidential record maintenance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Equivalent clinical research experience may be considered.
  • At least one year of experience as a Data Coordinator is required.
  • At least three years of clinical research data management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
  • SoCRA or ACRP certification is preferred.
