Manager, Commercial Performance Analytics (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; work from the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as needed by the business

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, R, and related technologies.
• Build, optimize, and automate datasets, data pipelines, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and reusable code libraries.
• Integrate internal and external data sources into robust analytical datasets and improve workflow performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Analyze patient, HCP, payer, and commercial datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Apply statistical, quantitative, and machine learning techniques while validating data quality and analytical outputs.
• Partner with US-based Performance Analytics and Insights colleagues to translate information needs into evidence-based analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic healthcare consulting, or related fields.
• Extensive expertise in SQL, Python, R, scripting tools, object-oriented programming, and creating AI agents for automation.
• Experience designing complex dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar data visualization tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of data formats, data architecture, pipeline and ETL optimization, analytics, statistics, and databases.
• Ability to work from the assigned hirify.global office in Mexico City 2–3 days per week or as required by the business.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Recent healthcare or life sciences experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Commercial analytics experience.
• Strong project management, prioritization, action-planning, and communication skills.
