Senior/Lead Product Analyst (Antifraud)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work with flexible work from the office. Relocation support to the Mexico hub includes full visa and permit support for the employee and family.

What you will do

• Own antifraud and disputes analytics, including metrics, dashboards, monitoring, data quality, and analytical support for business decisions.
• Define the team roadmap and priorities, allocating resources to high-impact fraud and dispute problems.
• Build and manage ML models across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering and validation to deployment and monitoring.
• Define risk decision logic and measure impact across losses, approval and conversion rates, disputes, costs, and customer friction.
• Optimize fraud operations through data, automation, and process redesign while collaborating with a 150+ person operations team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams; evaluate vendors and build self-service analytics and LLM-based tools.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, with systematic thinking.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production ML models, including feature engineering, validation, and monitoring.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher, plus experience translating business objectives into technical analytical tasks and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.
