Data Verification Operators

Location: Redwood City, United States; on-site. The role includes three shift schedules: Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM PT; Friday–Tuesday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM PT; or Friday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM PT.

Salary: $24 per hour, plus stock options and participation in the company’s growth.

Developer of an AI-powered physical security platform that integrates with security cameras and access control systems to support monitoring, threat assessment, incident response, and investigations.

What you will do

• Review and validate physical security and life-safety alerts, images, and videos in real time.
• Analyze incident data to identify potential threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to alerts and communications across Slack, email, phone, and other systems.
• Document findings accurately, escalate issues, and identify patterns that can improve product performance and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal, external, cross-functional, and engineering teams on incident resolution, data collection, annotation, and product testing.

• Above-average computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technical skills and procedures.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while maintaining focus on acknowledging alerts.
