Senior PMO (Cross-Border Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of cross-border logistics sales projects, from opportunity registration and tenders through contract signing, service delivery, payment collection, and closure.
• Maintain regional sales pipeline data, prepare progress reports, identify high-risk opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead country-level revenue growth, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, major tender, and loss-making business improvement projects.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, track contract execution, monitor SLA performance, and manage contract changes and service issues.
• Work with pre-sales, operations, finance, and other teams to align information, allocate resources, and resolve project issues.
• Manage invoicing, reconciliation, accounts receivable, payment collection, final settlement, and the regional project knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management, sales management, supply chain solutions, or customer relationship management within cross-border logistics or supply chain.
• Experience working in South Korea or managing relationships and projects with South Korean customers.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project management, with practical experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify business risks and develop actionable insights.
• Results orientation, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills with a record of delivering business outcomes.
