What you will do

• Drive actions that improve quality maturity across the organization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
• Participate in quality governance forums and monitor execution of the quality plan.
• Deploy group-wide quality methodologies and tools, including PSM and WCM.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of complex technical and quality issues, including critical customer escalations.
• Apply PSM, 8D, RCA, FMEA, DMAIC, and related methods to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of experience in Quality Management, with strong experience in PSM and Project Management.
• Proven Change Management experience.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, or similar.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
