Summer Internship - Commercial Sales & Support

Location: 100% onsite in Herndon, Virginia, for the duration of the summer internship

Salary: $24–$39.75 per hour, depending on degree program and year in school

hirify.global supports commercial aircraft customers across the United States and Canada through sales, marketing, procurement, and customer support operations.

What you will do

• Work with Account Directors to understand customer profiles, customer bases, and business objectives.
• Create customer personas for airlines, MROs, freighter operators, OEMs, distributors, and brokers.
• Collect, compile, and share successful sales and support practices across teams.
• Identify and deploy cross-team improvements for the sales and support organization.
• Participate in monthly regional reviews and support one quarterly sales meeting.
• Prepare basic weekly reporting on highlights and lowlights when requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and current university enrollment.
• Ability to work onsite in Herndon, Virginia, for the full internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Google Suite products.

Nice to have

• Degree studies in business or marketing.
