Branch Manager - Trenton

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop new relationships.
• Drive referrals, business development, community engagement, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, colleague development, and branch resources.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technologies.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available. Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
