Salary: $21–$27 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Open and process deposit, consumer loan, VISA merchant, and small business loan accounts.
- Identify client needs, cross-sell banking services, and refer clients to appropriate departments.
- Oversee branch opening and closing, overdraft monitoring, wire transfers, collections, stop payments, and branch controls.
- Review operational and audit requirements and support remediation to improve branch quality.
- Manage cash drawers, balancing procedures, sales and service goals, and day-to-day branch activities.
- Guide and train branch associates and act as Branch Manager when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of retail banking experience.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in consumer and business lending, cash handling, account balancing, and calculations.
- Ability to build new and existing client relationships and expand banking services.
- Must register and comply with SAFE Act requirements as a Bank MLO; authorization is limited to open-end transactions such as home equity lines of credit.
