Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Analyst - Data, Modeling & Analytics (AI)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Tysons Corner, VA, United States

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform advanced quantitative analyses and develop models to support business decision-making.
• Develop new model frameworks and refine, monitor, and review existing models.
• Work with model owners and developers throughout model reviews.
• Analyze large datasets and assess data quality, model design, implementation, strengths, and limitations.
• Measure model risks and prepare reports and documentation for validation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Python, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of quantitative modeling, data analytics, predictive analytics, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, algorithms, logic, and computer science fundamentals.
• Must work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA or Tysons Corner, VA; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT are not available.
