Senior AI-Native Fullstack Engineer

📍 Location: Remote — EU (Сandidates with EU residence permit only)
📅 Duration: 5+ months (prolongation is possible)
⏱️ Commitment: Full-time

💬 English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
Hourly rate: $25-30/hour

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with a deep AI-native background to build and scale high-performance applications, automate core business processes, and lead technical decisions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸
• Core Stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Node.js, React, Prisma, PostgreSQL
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EKS), RBAC design, REST APIs
• Hands-on AI-Native Engineering: Commercial experience building end-to-end AI applications, including:
• AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) & Prompt Engineering
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) & LLM Applications
• AI Evaluation Frameworks

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Automate core business processes and design scalable production systems
• Develop and enhance key product features, including automated document generation and RBAC access management
• Integrate external HR systems and e-signature solutions
• Build, evaluate, and maintain AI-native workflows and agentic solutions
• Work directly with business stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions without micromanagement
