Technology Risk Consulting Associate - Summer 2027

Location: Atlanta Metro Area, United States; travel to assigned client locations may be required.

Salary: $66,000–$78,750 per year

What you will do

• Understand client business needs, industries, accounting systems, control systems, employees, and values.
• Assist with the design and optimization of business, accounting, and information technology controls.
• Identify internal control deficiencies, evaluate risk implications, and develop conclusions for client recommendations.
• Create internal control documentation supporting client engagements.
• Engage with client leadership on strategies for anticipating emerging technology risks.
• Support SOX, regulatory compliance, SOC reporting, IT controls testing, technical controls reviews, and internal audits of ERP and IT security systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university, with expected completion by December 2026 or June 2027.
• Major in accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, project management, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned client locations.
• Entry-level candidates must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• CPA, CISA, or CIA certification, or progress toward certification.
