Location: Houston, Texas, United States; hybrid model with in-person work in local offices and on client sites, including possible local or out-of-state travel

Salary: $72,000–$87,000 annual base salary; $2,000 bonus target

What you will do

• Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate actionable insights for client engagements.
• Support business process audit and advisory projects focused on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, controls, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Support technology audit and advisory projects involving cybersecurity, AI risk, data governance, cloud, privacy, software development, technology resilience, and technology governance.
• Apply audit methodologies, internal control frameworks, emerging technologies, and data interrogation techniques.
• Manage assignments, priorities, and time while collaborating with client personnel and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, computer science, data science, engineering, finance, information systems, information technology, management information systems, or a related discipline.
• Authorization to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks, such as Microsoft Copilot or generative AI.
• Advanced verbal and written communication, critical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of internal audit processes, risk and control frameworks, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Entry-level knowledge of software development practices and methodologies; interest in automation and advanced analytics tools including Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, and Python.
