Manager, Clinical Pharmacology

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $106,000–$176,600, plus a 15% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Represent Clinical Pharmacology on clinical, development, and multifunctional project teams.
• Lead clinical pharmacology expertise, deliverables, and best practices for assigned projects.
• Design and execute clinical pharmacology plans, including PK/PD analyses, immunogenicity and biomarker measurement strategies, and clinical development plans.
• Plan and oversee study activities such as protocol authoring, clinical phase oversight, and reporting.
• Develop dose-range finding strategies and End-to-End MIDD plans to optimize doses, dosage regimens, and study designs.
• Prepare clinical pharmacology contributions to regulatory documents and communicate findings through publications, presentations, and scientific societies.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative skills in mechanistic PK/PD modeling, systems pharmacology, literature meta-analyses, population modeling, and clinical trial simulations.
• Experience with tools such as NONMEM and R.
• M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., or equivalent training and experience in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Industry experience requirements vary by background: 0+ years for M.D./Ph.D. candidates and 2+ years for Pharm.D. candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and demonstrated presentation skills.
• Ability to participate in global team meetings across different time zones when required.
