Banking Advisor II (MLO) (Private Banking)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; East Hanover, NJ; or Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Advise current and prospective high-net-worth clients on credit and cash management solutions.
• Introduce and sell private banking products and services while building relationships with clients, partners, and centers of influence.
• Support clients with day-to-day banking transactions and handle the origination, analysis, negotiation, and documentation of banking products.
• Manage and monitor a book of business to support client satisfaction, retention, and sales revenue growth.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk in accordance with internal credit policies and banking regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, credit analysis, financial management, portfolio management, and sales processes.
• Strong communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to work in-office in Pittsburgh, East Hanover, or Philadelphia.
