Team Lead Fund & Portfolio Oversight (Sustainable Finance)

What you will do

• Lead, develop and performance-manage the Fund & Portfolio Oversight team, including resource planning, recruitment and employee development.
• Oversee delegated portfolio management activities, due diligence reviews, investment manager assessments and compliance with investment guidelines.
• Analyze and challenge KPIs, KRIs, investment performance, portfolio construction, risk metrics and investment processes.
• Prepare management information, reports and analysis for senior management, committees and the Board of Directors.
• Lead sustainability oversight, including ESG monitoring, SFDR compliance, sustainability disclosures, labels and certifications.
• Drive strategic, regulatory and transformation projects, including new tools, processes, automation and data management initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience leading specialist teams in a management company, AIFM, asset manager or equivalent financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of investment funds, multi-asset portfolio management and delegated investment management models.
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg and European UCITS and AIF regulations, including CSSF requirements and Circular 18/698.
• Strong understanding of the European sustainable finance framework, including SFDR, EU Taxonomy and disclosure obligations.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Portfolio Manager or Investment Analyst.
• Experience interacting with delegated portfolio managers and conducting investment manager due diligence.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Aladdin, Temenos AAA or equivalent portfolio and risk management systems.
• Knowledge of Dutch or another European language.
