Software Developer - Developer Platform

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain platform services, automation solutions, and internal engineering tools.
• Improve and support Developer Platform and SDLC tooling.
• Automate operational processes and build self-service capabilities for software teams.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues while reducing technical debt.
• Contribute to platform architecture, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates and provide technical leadership across the Platform Operations Squad.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining production-grade applications or services.
• Experience with CI/CD, software development platforms, automation solutions, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and development best practices.
• Experience with cloud and container technologies, including Terraform Cloud, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Ansible, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and Azure.
• Strong automation mindset, ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and observability platforms.
• Programming experience with Python, C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
