Software Engineer - New Grad (AI)

What you will do

• Build reinforcement learning and post-training data pipelines for frontier model development.
• Develop evaluation infrastructure and AI infrastructure products for visualizing, querying, and exploring data.
• Ship agentic AI applications and tooling that makes them observable, testable, and safe to deploy.
• Build fraud-detection, contributor-quality, and advanced matching systems at large scale.
• Create efficient UI/UX tooling combined with machine learning algorithms for more than 100,000 contributors.
• Develop customer-facing applications, including RAG systems and predictive machine learning integrations.

Requirements

• Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Product engineering experience, including full-stack web applications, API and service integrations, customer interaction, and iterative product development.
• Previous Product Engineering or Software Engineering internship experience.
• Experience shipping high-quality products and features at scale and building systems that process large volumes of data.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems.
• Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
