Director, Supervision - Trade Review

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle. Travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Trade Review managers through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for trade and account activity review programs.
• Identify, escalate, investigate, and resolve significant supervisory, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.
• Partner with Supervision, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Operations, and business leaders on complex issues and emerging risks.
• Improve supervisory policies, procedures, governance structures, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare risk assessments and management reports, support regulatory examinations and audits, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least five years of management experience within financial services.
• Required licenses or certifications for the assigned functional area: Series 7, 9/10 or 24/53/4, and 63 or 66.
• Strong regulatory and supervisory expertise, strategic judgment, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
• Experience developing high-performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating complex issues to executive audiences.
