Senior Portfolio Investment Analyst (Multi-Asset and ETFs)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills; discretionary bonus may apply.

What you will do

• Oversee strategy coverage and day-to-day portfolio implementation, escalating issues and driving resolution with a strong risk and control mindset.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and traders to define implementation processes for new strategies and support the management of Multi-Asset funds.
• Coordinate ETF launches and ongoing fund management, including modeling, rebalancing, monitoring, and publishing proxy basket composition.
• Evaluate and enhance portfolio modeling capabilities, tools, controls, and process automation for new client and regulatory mandates.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on portfolio modeling, implementation, derivatives, and sophisticated investment workflows.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Compliance, Legal, and PIAs across Baltimore, London, and Hong Kong to resolve guideline questions and align practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4+ years of hirify.global or relevant industry experience.
• Experience supporting equity, ETF, or cross-asset portfolios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, prioritization, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to process information efficiently, draw sound conclusions, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Data-driven mindset with strong technology aptitude.
• Project management experience.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Nice to have

• Progress toward an MBA, MS in Finance, or CFA designation.
• Direct experience with equity portfolios and ETFs.
• Experience supporting ETF launches, fund implementation, or Capital Markets-related workflows.
• Knowledge of derivatives and portfolio modeling across multiple asset classes.
• Experience developing or enhancing modeling tools, controls, or process automation.
