Senior Backend Programmer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and operational systems used by production teams.
• Define technical specifications and requirements for new features and services.
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting application stability, code quality, and CI/CD pipeline robustness.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver scalable, production-grade services.
• Develop, execute, and analyze functional tests for performance and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend development experience with Python.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and modern software architecture principles.
• Experience with Linux environments, server performance optimization, and secure client-server development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK, plus relational and NoSQL databases.
