About the Role

You manage offshore fund launches and ongoing services while meeting client requirements and expectations. You coordinate with sales relationship management and global operations teams, manage client deliverables and escalations, identify client needs and recommend service improvements. You also lead Japan and global fund projects and build frameworks for enhanced services to Japanese clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to drive and influence discussions with clients and external parties
• Business understanding of global custody and offshore business preferred
• Ability to manage a team delivering client services
• Effective organizational decision making and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Business Japanese preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage offshore fund launches
• Coordinate with sales and relationship management on new business
• Monitor client satisfaction evaluations and feedback
• Manage client deliverables and service enhancements
• Identify client goals and needs
• Handle client escalations and provide solutions
• Coordinate with global operations teams
• Create service frameworks for Japanese clients
• Build relationships with operation teams outside Japan
• Manage offshore fund related projects
