What you will do
- Define, plan, develop, release, maintain, and retire assigned products or product groups.
- Coordinate product activities across design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing.
- Manage product modifications, upgrades, maintenance, production, and distribution throughout the lifecycle.
- Advise stakeholders on complex product development matters and influence decisions across the business.
- Develop solutions, procedures, policies, and ideas for complex cross-functional issues.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or 3 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
- Japanese: Fluent.
- English: Beginner.
- Advanced professional knowledge and experience in product development and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, evaluate variable factors, and select or adapt appropriate methods.
