TL;DR
Data and Reporting Analyst - Support Services (SQL/Data Analytics): Analysing Support and Operations data, building dashboards in Sigma Computing, and automating recurring reporting with an accent on reliable metrics, data modelling, and multi-source reconciliation. Focus on querying cloud warehouse data, integrating systems such as Power BI, Excel and Salesforce, and turning stakeholder requirements into actionable operational insights.
Location: Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia. Hybrid working with an office-first culture; working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, with a start time between 10:00 and 20:00.
Salary: €2,790–€3,376 gross per month.

What you will do
- Analyse Support and Operations data to identify trends, answer operational questions and support evidence-based decisions.
- Gather, clarify and document analytics and reporting requirements from account management, customers, product development and other stakeholders.
- Use SQL to query, validate, combine and investigate data from the company’s cloud data warehouse.
- Develop, maintain and improve dashboards, reports and analytical solutions in Sigma Computing.
- Contribute to data modelling and transformation activities.
- Integrate and reconcile data from Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, Monday.com and warehouse systems, while automating recurring reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of SQL, including data extraction, filtering, joins, aggregation and validation.
- Experience in data analysis, interpreting business requirements, investigating data and communicating findings.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Sigma Computing or another business-intelligence and data-visualisation platform.
- Knowledge of relational databases and core data concepts, with confidence working with structured data.
- Experience handling complex Excel workbooks, including advanced formulas.
- Experience integrating, comparing or reconciling data from multiple sources, with strong documentation discipline and consistent analytical standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python or R.
- Experience with Excel macros or automation.
