What you will do

• Design and develop high-performing SQL queries and reporting solutions to handle large, complex datasets.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports to ensure faster performance and stronger data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into efficient technical solutions.
• Analyze dependencies between reports to guarantee data consistency and identify potential issues.
• Introduce automation and best practices to continuously improve reporting processes.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of writing and optimizing efficient SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of relational databases and database architecture.
• Proven experience working with large datasets, balancing speed and accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tartu, Estonia.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, or Java for system integration.
