Bachelor Student (d/f/m) in the Field of Quality Management / Behavioral Science (Aerospace)

Location: Hamburg Finkenwerder, Germany; hybrid work may be available subject to department agreement.

What you will do

• Support the Quality Conformance Manager with daily quality management activities.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in the A320 final assembly line.
• Create KPI dashboards and update control plans.
• Research behavioral science and nudging as a complement to traditional quality management.
• Analyze human-factor challenges such as shifted attention, prospective memory, and availability heuristics.
• Investigate practical quality use cases, including Scuff Plate Protection.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Business Psychology, Behavioral Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.
• Self-organized, highly motivated, and genuinely interested in quality and behavioral science.
• Relevant transcripts and an enrollment certificate must be provided with the application.

Nice to have

• Initial practical experience in project management or data analysis.
