Industrial Engineer – Data & Workforce Solutions Engineer (Global Trade Services)

Location: Krakow, Poland; Dublin, Ireland; Madrid, Spain; Porto, Portugal; or Stansted, United Kingdom. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are offered.

What you will do

• Design and maintain data solutions for operational reporting and workforce management.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, data models, analytics solutions, and operational performance metrics.
• Support data ingestion, integration, data quality, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement across multiple systems.
• Build capabilities for forecasting and scheduling, time and attendance tracking, performance analytics, compliance monitoring, and employee self-service reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Data & AI, Compliance, customs experts, product owners, and technology partners to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to AI governance, data governance, compliance, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, process engineering, or business intelligence development.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and reporting or analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, modern data architectures, data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, Generative AI, AI governance, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure data services, or cloud analytics.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications.
