DevOps Engineer (Blockchain)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, or onsite in Tbilisi. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Tbilisi.

What you will do

• Operate and evolve GitLab, collaboration tooling, and Kubernetes-backed internal services, including upgrades, troubleshooting, backups, and change management.
• Develop infrastructure as code, CI/CD tooling, and automation to make internal services repeatable and reduce manual work.
• Deploy, scale, debug, and upgrade Kubernetes workloads, and migrate internal applications onto Kubernetes.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, respond to incidents, and eliminate root causes.
• Coordinate with Security on access, patching, secrets, least privilege, and LDAP/SSO integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or internal infrastructure.
• Production experience deploying, scaling, troubleshooting, and upgrading Kubernetes workloads.
• Experience operating internal or platform services, handling incidents and changes, and supporting internal customers.
• Production Infrastructure as Code experience with Ansible, Terraform, or a comparable tool.
• Linux experience, particularly with Ubuntu, Debian, or CentOS, and structured troubleshooting using logs and metrics.

Nice to have

• Helm chart creation and operations.
• Prometheus and Grafana for metrics, alerts, and dashboards.
• Networking knowledge covering DNS, TLS, ingress, and load balancing.
• Python and Bash automation.
• LDAP, SSO, identity provider integrations, GitLab administration, and security-aware operations.
