What you will do

• Administer and operate distributed messaging platforms, specifically RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.
• Manage Apache Spark workloads, including deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and support distributed infrastructures and critical data environments.
• Implement governance, security, and continuous monitoring practices for data platforms.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture designs, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in distributed messaging platforms and Apache Spark operational management.
• 2+ years of experience with AMQP, Kafka/RabbitMQ tuning, and DataOps (Ansible, Terraform, Python/Bash).
• 1+ year of experience with ingestion systems (Debezium, Apache NiFi) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, or Germany.

Nice to have

• Certification in messaging administration.
